Bavaria is blessed with some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere in Europe. From epic castles to stunning peaks, Bavaria has nearly everything however it excels when it comes to lakes. There are lakes for everyone and they come in all shapes and sizes. Lakes are one of, if not my favourite scenes to photograph so below is a list of lakes that offer the most to landscape photographers looking for epic images. Eibsee
Best for: The whole mountainscape
From Munich: Easy to reach by car (1.5 hours), possible by public transport (3 hours)
Number of people: Many however it is easy to get away from the crowds
